Urbemis 2001 for Windows
This version of URBEMIS was based on the California Air Resources Board's EMFAC2001 on-road emissions factor model. It became obsolete soon after EMFAC 2002 was released by ARB and approved for use within California by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
